Today was the first day of practice. Went kind of easy just to get back in the flow of things. The next couple days will be lighter as well. We are looking to go hard and amp things up thursday! Look forward to our begining of the season video coming next week!! The coaching staff and I are excited for the new season in our newish room. Our room is looking to be finished completely by christmas break sometime. "A NEW BEGINNING!!"
